Guanabana's accessories are handcrafted by artisans using the traditional iraca weaving technique, typical to Colombia. Iraca, or toquilla straw, is a natural fiber that comes from the Carludovica palmata, from whose leaves fine threads are obtained then dyed to give them natural color. Once the threads are dry, they are woven. The subtle tag sports the words 'Be Positive'.
