How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
For the UK the standard shipping option takes 3-5 working days. Express shipping costs £10 and takes 1-2 working days. For rest of world shipping please input your order and country at checkout.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop at STIL without creating an account. However, having an account enables you to keep track of your orders, returns and wish list. It also enables you to store your details for speedier shopping the next time.
Which currency will I pay in?
All payments are charged and taken in GBP.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
If you are ordering from abroad your country will have it's own importing duties and taxes. It is up to you to find out how much these will be. STIL takes no responsibility for taxes and duties applied to goods received in another country. But please be aware that with international orders there may be duties and taxes applied to your goods in order for you to receive them.
How long does it take for my goods to clear customs if I am ordering from another country?
Anything from 2-14 days. We cannot control how long each country takes to process your item through it's customs department thus if your package does get held by customs we cannot control this and therefore take no responsibility for any delay in delivering the item.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be amended online. If it has not yet dispatched please give us a call and we will make an amendment for you.
Is my package insured and must I sign for it?
Your package must be signed for and from that point on it is your responsibility. If you authorize the chosen courier to leave your parcel in a safe place you are liable for your package from that point on. We cannot be held reponsible for any loss if you waive the tracked and signed for service. Through transit the package is covered by STIL in the case of loss or damage.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes, we take Data Protection seriously and do all we can to ensure that your information is kept confidential. We take all suitable precautions but cannot be responsible for computer hacking from third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy. We are fully GDPR compliant.
If I exchange or return an item will I be refunded the full costs?
Yes. The full cost of the item will be refunded assuming the item is returned in it's original condition with it's original labels still attached.
Is my payment secure?
Most certainly. All payments are processed securely by Worldpay and our online site is verified by Trustedsite and benefits from McAfee SECURE certification.
