Dr Jackson's is a multi-award winning natural, science-led skincare company based on pharmacognosy principles. Founded in 2012 by scientist Simon Jackson -

he developed a particular interest in the Kigelia tree, found in Sub-Saharan Africa, whose fruit has long been revered by local tribes for its incredible medicinal properties. It was this tree that sparked his dream to establish a forward-thinking skincare brand based on natural remedies that were tried and tested.

From academic research positions at King’s College and the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew, Simon became an avid student who went far beyond the laboratory, travelling the world and learning from tribal communities under knowledgeable shamans and healers in the Amazon, Indonesia and Sub-Saharan Africa. The results? Multi-award winning skincare for every skin type.
